In addition, normal air and ship traffic used to move packages are cut in half, meaning that where we had 5 planes moving your package to you, we now only have one and sometimes none.

The post office is currently operating at 20% of its full compacity. In all cases, we have been diligent about working with the post office, but there is only so much that we can do.
